Over the last few years, Barefoot has built a reputation for exceptional design and construct in the educational field, tailoring scapes to the needs of young minds. In the course of our growth, we’ve been privileged to construct projects that cater to all ranges of abilities, that are inclusive and that build and refine motor skills and encourage imaginative play, for all children.
Belmore School was one such project for us.
Surfacing, is not only tactile but designed to aid non-ambulant play, wide ramps allow access to the amazing, cypress pine playfort and pirate ship and placement of the sensory boards, considering ease of access, has been achieved.
Lush planted greenery and vibrantly coloured rubber softfall are a feast for the eyes, and waterplay, musical play and sandpit areas are designed to entice!
In short, this scape is a brilliant representation of a mindful and intuitive educational play area.
